Returns

Return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Please note: earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@yerimay.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Jewellery Care

To keep your pieces looking beautiful, remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and cleaning products. Store in a dry pouch or box and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
