Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) - £4.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over £50
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days) - £6.99

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@yerimay.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Yeri May cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
